Terms of Service

The agreement between Studio Nula and the business placing an order — what you are buying, delivery, payment, revisions, image rights and liability.

These terms apply to the photography and video services provided by NULA GROUP LLC, trading as Studio Nula (“Studio Nula”, “we”, “us”). They form an agreement between us and the business placing the order (“you”) from the moment you send a shoot request, or accept a proposal, in your client dashboard.

They sit alongside our other policies, each linked below. Where one of those covers something in more detail, it is the one that governs.

What you are buying

Finished images, priced per image. Your shot list defines the order — the products, image types and quantities on it are what we produce. The per-image price covers the studio, the photographer, a model where the shot calls for one, and editing and retouching. Nothing is added on top for any of those.

Studio sessions booked by the day are a separate thing, priced by time and quoted per booking.

Your products

You ship your products to the studio at your own cost unless we have agreed otherwise. You tell us at order time whether they should be returned, donated or discarded; return shipping is quoted separately and is not part of the image price.

We hold your products until your order is approved. How we handle them, and what happens if something is damaged, is set out in our General Policy.

Delivery

Your delivery window starts when your products reach the studio and your order is paid — not when you place it. How long that window is depends on your membership, and your order page shows the date we are working to.

Payment

Orders are invoiced before production begins, and we start once payment has cleared. Card payments carry a processing fee, applied at checkout. See When & how do I pay and Payment Methods.

Revisions

If a delivered image is not right, send it back for rework from your order page. Revisions are free where the problem is ours. The window you have, and what counts as free rather than paid, are set out in our Revision Policy.

Acceptance and refunds

If no revision is requested within the window set out in our Revision Policy, the order is treated as accepted.

Because every shoot is produced to your own shot list, the images cannot be resold or reused, and we do not refund completed, delivered work. Our Refund Policy sets out what is refundable, including memberships and rush fees.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel freely before payment is received. Once payment has been received and production has begun, an order can no longer be cancelled. See our Cancellation Policy.

Using the images

We retain copyright in everything we create. What you may do with the images depends on whether they are product or model images, and is set out in Image Ownership & Usage Licenses.

Those rights begin when your invoice is paid in full, and end if a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back.

Your galleries

Delivered images stay available in your dashboard for a period that depends on your membership. Where a gallery has an expiry, the gallery itself shows it, and access can be extended at any time.

Our liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, missed launch dates, or costs you incur elsewhere.

This does not affect our commitment to replace products damaged in the studio at their retail value, as set out in our General Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you accepted when you placed an order governs that order; any change applies only to orders placed afterwards. We record which version you accepted against each order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
